Matsui International Company, Inc. announces the 301 ECO-Series. This water base ink and ECO SOL ink system includes base binders, pigments, and inks that are designed specifically for usage in the high speed automatic screen printing processes favored today in most industrial environments. This water activated ink has many advantages, from its use of chemicals that are not harmful to the environment (avoiding the normally ubiquitous heavy metals, PVC, and nonylphenol) to its exceptionally soft hand and intense pigment colors (able to achieve the entire Pantone color range). The three formulations (transparent, semi-transparent, and high opacity) are formulated for tack free enhanced screen stability, preventing the inks from drying in the screen and allowing for cleaner and quicker prints with fewer technical hiccups.
