Burnout and Discharge Products
PRODUCT LIST AND APPLICATION INFORMATION
Matsui's Water-Based Discharge System offers four distinct discharge agents, three formaldehyde based discharge agents for use on 100% cotton dischargeable fabrics with reactive dyes, and a discharge agent for indigo dyed fabrics and denim.
PRODUCT LIST
DSPS Binder - Discharge System for reactive dyes. DSPS contains formaldehyde in the discharge agent. This is an excellent, highly pigmented discharge system.
DSK Binder - Discharge System for reactive dyes. DSK contains formaldehyde in the discharge agent. DSK contains no resins so it cannot be mixed or printed with pigments. DSK is an excellent stand alone discharge system and perfect for use as a discharge under-base on dark fabrics.
DSM-2 Binder - Discharge System for reactive dyes. DSM-2 contains formaldehyde in the discharge agent. It can be used with or without pigments.
PRINTGEN 801 Binder - Formaldehyde free discharge system for indigo dyed and denim fabrics.
PRINTGEN OP30-PS - Burnout System for poly/cotton blend fabrics. Printgen OP30-PS dissolves the cotton fibers in the fabric leaving only the polyester fibers behind. The Printgen OP30-PS produces great looking 3-D and See-through effects on fabrics.
FIXER N - An ECO-friendly, formaldehyde free fixing agent that improves wash fastness in all Matsui Discharge Systems. Can be mixed 2-3% (by weight) into any Matsui Water Based ink.
FIXER F - This is a formaldehyde free fixing agent that greatly improves wash and crock fastness. Add 2-3% (by weight) into any water based ink. Easy to use with a pot life of 8-12 hours.
