Overview :

Matsumin Dyestone® is a new textile printing system developed from a new concept. This system enables the color mixture to be fixed to fabrics without using the conventional fixing binders (acrylic resin emulsion or urethane resin emulsion), which is by blending a special color (X color) dispersed of water-resistant dispersion agent with a printing paste which consists of Thickener XA (no mineral white spirit type) and Printgen XA (viscosity adjuster), and then hardening the color and the printing paste mixture with Fixer XA (cross-linking agent)

Therefore, subsequent printed material has hands closer to that of dye printing. Also, since no binder is used, work (printing) can be processed very efficiently. In addition, since such processing method can be done through the same process and at the same facility as pigment printing, unlike dye printing, no complicated printing processes are required, such as steaming, washing, soaping, fixing process, and various finishing processes are not required. Furthermore, it reduces energy use for such purposes and does not generate any water displace issues.

In addition, Matsumin Dyestone® is a perfectly an eco-friendly product which does not contain any toxic substances specified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 nor petroleum related solvent (turpentine / mineral white spirit).
