Matsui's new 301 ECO-Series Water Based Ink System base binders, pigments and inks are specifically designed for today's high speed automatic screen printing presses. The eco-friendly 301 ECO-Series inks offer advantages over the traditional plastisol inks and are superior to plastisol ink systems currently being used in high volume textile shops.
The 301 Eco Series Inks manufactured by Matsui Shikiso Chemical Co., Ltd., Japan contains no harmful chemicals or toxic substances as known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, at levels which would require a warning under the California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) law.

The new generation 301 ECO-Series inks are available in 3 premixed formulations. (13 basic colors)
301 RC colors - Premixed color ink for white fabric.
301 OW colors - Premixed color ink for light color fabric and on white under base.
301 HO colors - High Opacity premixed color ink for dark fabric.

7 Extender Base Formulas
Clear 301C Base - A clear binder base for use on white and light colored fabrics. Can be printed through a high mesh count screen up to 305 which will produce an ultra soft hand. Mix 5-10% pigment to binder by weight.
Matte 301M Base - A semi opaque matte white binder base for use on colored fabrics. Can be printed through a high mesh count screen up to 305. Mix 5-10% pigment to binder by weight.
White 301W Base - A high opaque white base for use on dark or colored fabrics. Can be used as an under-base, high opaque spot white ink or mixed with pigment (5-10% pigment to base by weight) Mesh counts up to 305.
Metallic Binder 301 - A silver metallic shimmer base that can be used as a stand alone ink or mixed with 301 ECO-Series pigments to create metallic colors. Screen mesh recommendations up to 120.
Stretch Clear 301 Base - A base binder formulated for use on stretch fabrics such as Lycra-Spandex, athletic clothing etc. Add any of the Matsui 301 Eco-Series pigments for unlimited color matching capabilities. Screen mesh recommendations up to 150.
Stretch White 301 Base - A high opaque white ink for printing on stretch fabrics such as Lycra-Spandex, athletic clothing etc. Screen mesh recommendations up to 150.
Under Coat Binder 301 - A high opaque under-base used to prevent dye sublimation on polyester fabrics. Screen mesh recommendations up to 100.
Fixer N - An ECO-friendly, formaldehyde free fixing agent that improves wash fastness in all Matsui Discharge Systems. Can be mixed 2-3% (by weight) into any Matsui Water Based ink.
Metallic Binder GT
Metallic Binder GT is a ready to use printing base that is used with metallic powders.
Metallic Binder GT-50
Metallic Binder GT-50 is ready to use printing base that is used with metallic glitter.
Super White 0116
It is a ready to use opaque printing base for dark colored fabrics, but provides a much softer hand.
Extender 3T
Extender 3T is a ready to use printing ink that is mixed with a water based pigment and is usually printed onto white cotton or cotton/poly blend fabric.
Super Rubber White
Super Rubber White is a ready to use elastic, printing base. This binder allows the printing image to be stretched with minimal cracking.
Puff Clear Base HT-L
A ready to use clear base that provides for three-dimensional designs and can be printed on to dark or light cotton or poly/cotton belends. The HT-L is cured at a temperature of 320°F.
Crack Binder 812
This is a matte white binder that produces a crackling effect on cotton or cotton/polyester knit or woven fabrics.
Pearl Binder B-1213-4 Gold
Pearl Binder B-1213-4 Gold is a pearl binder to obtain pearl glossiness in the design of reactive dyestuff printing process on cotton. In most of dyestuff printing, a few different colors are overlapped and this product can be overprinted on dyestuff. After pearl printing process, the relevant product has excellent fastness and the high pearl glossiness is not obstructed by dyestuff. This product is excellent in acid resistance and alkali resistance, further does not have any problem related to needle checker like brass powder.
Pearl Binder W-5
Pearl Binder W-5 is a peral binder to obtain pearl glossiness in the design of reactive dyestuff printing process on cotton. In most of dyestuff printing, a few different colors are overlapped and this product can be overprinted on dyestuff. After pearl printing process, the relevant product has excellent fastness and the high pearl glossiness is not obstructed by dyestuff. This product is excellent in acid resistance and alkali resistance, further does not have any problem related to needle checker like brass powder. This product is totally free of any banned substances regulated by OekoTex Standard and other major brands RSL.
Shine Binder B-1006
Shine Binder B-1006 is water-based PU resin based binder to obtain shiny, transparent, and gel looking printing on textile fabric. Its high solid content may give a bulky 3-D like printing effect by printing with thick screen film. Its high transparency is also remarkable.
Cube White-1210 / Cube Mat-1210M
Cube White-1210 / Cube Mat-1210M is water based rubberized White / Mat printing binders which give a thick cubic print with a sharp edge and a flat surface onto T-shirt or Sweat-shirt. Using thick screen, 300µ-500µ, ordinary water based binders get skinnier after dry (specially in the middle of the design) and can not get smooth surface, hence thick screen print with water based ink have been a quite difficult process. Not only Cube White-1210/Cube Mat-1210M can solve those matters, but they also have sufficient elasticity and anti-blocking properties.
Foaming Binder HT-224
Foaming Binder HT-224 is a high-concentration type foaming binder and solid three-dimensional design can be obtained by performing heat treatment (160°C or higher) in short time after printed on various kinds of material.
Foaming Binder HT-224 is a foaming binder of high-temperature type and is suitable for printing by auto-screen and rotary-screen.
Super White W 0116
Super White W 0116 is a pre-mixed, ready-to-use white binder that has excellent fastness, elasticity and a soft hand that can be printed onto knitted cotton and polyester/cotton blends. Due to its hiding characteristics, it can be used for printing onto dark fabrics and achieved vintage/discharged-like look.
Matsumin Binder TFG-301
Matsumin Binder TFG-301 is a water based binder for metal foil transfers. It is suitable for automatic rotary printing machines. It has excellent printability and workability. Binder TFG-301 will give your products a metal foil transfer with high fastness and soft hand feel.
Binder MSB-L
Binder MSB-L is a non-formaldehyde type binder for glitter printing on cotton or polyester/cotton blended knit (or woven) fabrics. This product is particularly designed for glitter printing due to its excellent transparency, its surface shine, its fastness and elasticity. Besides glitter printing, Binder MSB-L can be used for the topping print on top of other prints for a gloss effect. Furthermore, this product is totally free of any banned substances, such as APEOs, Phthalates, PVC, Formaldehyde, etc.
Fixer G for Glass Beads Sprinkling with Binder MSB-L
"Fixer G" is the special catalyst which is to be used with Binder MSB-L for Textile Garment Printing with "Glass Beads" stuck on the print surface. The Glass Beads can not stick to any water based binder; however, the addition of the "Fixer G 1%" into PU resin based binder can obtain sufficient fastness of the Glass Beads adhesion.
