Alpha Discharge Base

Alpha Color Series is a color mixing system in which all the colors in the system are ready for use or can be mixed into each other to make other colors.  The best feature of this system is you can follow the formulas in your color guide book without needing to use software, making itthe quickest and most economical way to make custom colors. In addition, this system can be used for bothDischarge Printing & Regular Printing. Just adding around 5%of discharge activator makes this working on dark cotton substrate.

Application

Print through mesh up to 230mc in (90mc cm) and cure at 320°F (160°C)

Features

- Excellent for 100% cotton, blends, and Polyester(with Under Base Blocker)
- Can be printed as Discharge ink for dark cotton substrate
- Is “PVC Free” and environmentally safe
- Can be printed wet-on-wet

Special Recommendations

- Use Fixer WF-N 1-3% to help with wash fastness
- Use Fixer L 1-3% with low curing fabrics or electric dryers
- Use Thickener B.25-1% to help thicken the ink
- Use RV Additive 1-3% to reduce viscosity

Brite Discharge White

Brite Discharge Whiteis designed to be printed through lower mesh counts to establish an opaque white discharge print. Great for a spot white printing.

Application

Print through mesh up to 160 mc in (63mc cm) when cured at 320°F (160°C), Brite Discharge White produces the softest prints achievable in textile screen printing today.

- Use Retarder MG 1- 5% to help with open time in the screen
- Use Fixer WF- N 1-5% to help with wash fastness
