Matsui-Color provides one of the softest ink pigments for dyeing garments and other applications such as wallpaper, and printing. Manufactured by Matsui Shikiso Chemical Co. Ltd. in Japan, we have a showroom for all our ink products in Los Angeles, California. With more than one century of experience in the industry, Matsui Color inks’ quality is better than traditional plastisol inks and meets the standards of modern day high-speed screen printing. It is very easy to use our Matsui ink for dyeing high volumes of textiles.

We have a wide range of base colors that can be printed on light and dark colored fabrics

The base color can mix with 5% – 10% of pigment. They also offer eco-friendly and formaldehyde free inks that are free from harmful chemicals such as PVR, nonylphenol and Organo Tin. Our eco-friendly inks meet the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 law in California. The inks promote breathability on the clothing. It is specifically designed to prevent screen drying and can dry faster than other ink pigments.We have a wide range of base colors that can be printed on light and dark colored fabrics. You can use the color to print on a screen with a high mesh count of 300+. The base color can mix with 5% – 10% of pigment.

Matsui-Color offers a few types of color changing pigment products.  Photopia can change to a different color when exposed to the sunlight or ultraviolet light. Chromicolor will change color when it is exposed to cold or high temperature. Chromicolor’s reversible color can support freezing temperatures and hot temperatures of up to 105°F. The hydro-chromic white paint changes to transparent color when wet and changes to white color when dry. The hydro-chromic white paint is compatible with a variety of fabrics including cotton, polyester, and nylon. Thermolock paint will change color when reaching a particular threshold temperature. Thermolock paint supports a temperature of up to 80 degrees.
